Anna Williamson
At a young age, Anna Williamson had an active imagination and a strong affinity for storytelling, which soon led to a focus on illustration to put the images and ideas in her head onto paper. An avid reader, writer and artist, Anna has done work in story editing and freelance artwork for a number of years.
She has collaborated with her sister, Brina, on several book covers for novels by their mother, Kerri Bennett Williamson, and co-illustrated with Brina for the children’s book The Snowman Who Was Cold, which was written by their brother, Josh Williamson. Anna is currently working on numerous projects simultaneously, and her first children’s fairy tale is slated to be completed and published in the near future.

I am in the middle of planning my dream wedding, and I am searching for fairytale sketches/outlines of the princess and prince to put on my invitations. Im going for a vintage fairytale inspired theme with colours, cake etc. Would you be at all interested in sketching something up for me from a picture? We want something completely different and original for our wedding, instead of stock standard invitations and themes =)

Omg I love your drawings.. I wish i could draw princesses like that… I CAN draw fairly well… but not like that. I cant get the face right, for me drawing long hair like that is kinda easy, but the face is a bit hard, even if i actually get the outline of the face right, the eyes nose and hair don’t come out as i imagine. I also can color pictures a little like you. Still i love your drawings, i have chosen some favorites of your drawings 🙂

I’m rarely completely satisfied with my work, so I always try to remind myself of that quote from da Vinci, “Art is never finished, only abandoned.” Every good artist sees the flaws in their work, but how else can we improve?
As the saying goes, ‘practice makes perfect’, so the more you draw the better you’ll get at it. Keep sketching!

I’m sure it’s someone else’s art, since I haven’t sold any pencil work.
